      Pros

      If you prove you are a go-getter and different from the pack, they do take you seriously. I have definitely felt that my service has been valued and noticed.

      Cons

      Like any bank or corporation, you might not move up as fast as you want or you may have to take a lower position in order to move forward. However it is definitely a lesson worth learning.
