Pros

- Work @ Home: If you have a quiet place to call your office and a decent Internet connection, you can work from home. They send you the equipment you need, train you for 6 weeks, and make sure that you are comfortable with the job before sending you out on your own. - Company hires form inside and after 6 months working there (including training) you can move up. - Company trainers are very fun and active. You will not have to worry about feeling lost, nervous, or uneducated in your job before starting. You get excellent training. - Full Benefits with multiple plans, Dental, Health (BCBS) , Life, 401k..Full time and Part time options.. the works.

Cons

- Benefits start out a bit costly, but you do have options and they are flexible. - Fair working environment means you can expect to work holidays and weekends. But so does everyone else. - You have to be self motivated and able to manage your home environment. Working from home requires a bit more self control and focus. Avoid distractions, turn off the TV and silence your phone.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
