‘Only 2 months and 2 weeks, not enough for maternity leave. There is no quarantee of re-position after the maternity leave. ’
‘My vacation time was always approved and after working there for 5+ years I accrued vacation quickly (one day over a month roughly) ’
Just got enrolled into it and dental, massage and health is definitely covered in the benefits after the probation period.
I was a full time employee at Sutherland global. during this time i was speaking to a cx when my call dropped and lost service.. their tier 2 tech service, took over 3 weeks to call me and resolve the issue.. it wasn't resolved . so instead of fixing the problem their management called me to fire me.. i was a top agent at this company i had been there 4 months.. and each month i was their top QA scorer.. top KPI.. it doesn't mater what you are with this company.. the second you have an issue they cant fix.. instead of fixing it they fire you.. such A GREAT COMPANY.. THIS wont be my last review i can promise that.
$250.00/yr...not much at all. Ontario Works has the best coverage....it is unfortunate
It has good benefits and they have fun raffle draw games to allow employees win items. It also has a very supportive Management team
Sutherland provides good insurance for the employees. health coverage starts after a three month period of work experience
Not enough dental coverage
Good commissions coming after 2 months of sales
Neutral benefits..fun colleagues not bad
The benefits are good.
You only get 10 peds and would get into trouble for using more. Benefits were okay. You get job security which is great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
