Pros

Nothing good about the company.

Cons

A terrible company with an extremely toxic work environment and even worse management. Even after I resigned, my salary was paid short. HR kept saying “we’ll check,” and advised me to follow-up on WhatsApp, but then they stopped responding—no replies on WhatsApp or phone. They also caused me a major issue with my social insurance that I'm still trying to fix to this day. Even when I went in person to complain about the employee responsible for the missing salary—who had been ignoring me—the attitude and behavior were very poor. Whenever you ask about someone responsible to file a complaint, they talk to you as if you’ve insulted them. And when I finally got the name of the HR manager they told me that she's in a meeting and it'll be 1 hour till she's done, I decided to wait and 2 hours later she was in her office and yet the security told me that she'll join another meeting and then help me with my complaint. After waiting 2 more hours and clearly seeing people coming in & out of her office indicating that she's not in a meeting (a clear tactic to make you leave without filing a complaint) I decided to leave after having waited more than 4 hours for the HR manager as it became obvious they had no intention of helping whatsoever. And that’s just the issues after resignation. As for the problems during the job itself—the manager was as bad as it gets. A team of 15 people filed complaints against her around 4 times, and nothing happened. It got to the point where people couldn’t tolerate it anymore and started leaving (handling customers was already too much pressure so having to handle a toxic manager on top of that was extremely exhausting). Within 3 months, only 3 people from the team were left, including me—and the manager was still there, with no action taken against her. Then there were transportation issues. The company is supposed to provide transportation, but there were daily problems—no space for employees, and you’d end up waiting for the next bus, which usually arrived an hour later.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
