      Great benefits/Compensation Challenging work Strong top down leadership and culture

      Cons

      Zero room for advancement Easily pigeonholed Time off is strong, but year over year carryover is weak Groundwork has been laid to move away from flexible and remote work styles. This was a 180 pivot and seems hypocritical to what has been pledged to employees since 2020.
