      They really do have alot of support staff to help, you may have to seek it out a bit but its definetly there

      There back end processing and service of financial documents is a nightmare to deal with

      Great company with excellent benefits. Training and support was outstanding. This was remote work filing disability claims. The job was great.

      Contract with VOYA ended and was not rehired with VOYA
