Pros
The benefits at this company were excellent, from vacation time to health care. Employees are great people who work hard and try to better the company.
Cons
Management at multiple positions do not have experience in the Employee Benefits Industry. The Internal desk has 4 managers, none of which know the products or industry, as they all started in 2013. They do not know what is best for the company because they have not been in the industry long enough, makes for some frustrating decisions. Head of Internal "Sales" team is a lifelong underwriter with 0 sales experience.
