Pros
Excellent benefits, competitive pay, is accessible via public transportation, and offered (the past tense being emphasized) opportunities to grow and build a career. The people with whom I worked were some of the most hardworking, friendly, and cooperative co-workers that I've ever met. Overall the environment used to be positive and geared toward productivity.
Cons
Due to a constant shifting of upper level management over the past four years and those individuals' business decisions, the overall mood of the company changed from "we're a team" to "it's every man for himself." Another frustrating thing is that, for many positions, once you're employed there is a freeze in terms of moving to other jobs or department, sometimes lasting two years. The regulation is understandable, but stifling all the same.
