Pros

Good benefits plan, easy to get into the company if you start at the call center, pay is competitive. Honestly its a good place for someone who has little or no post-secondary education as you can stick it out and move up over time.

Cons

They like to sell you the idea that you will get training and move up the ranks when in fact it takes way too long. More skills = more pay, but you cant get more skills if theres not enough people, high turnover, bonuses are ok but don't be surprised if you do not get one. Currently pushing for a lot of sales so for me that was a con

Great company with excellent benefits. Training and support was outstanding. This was remote work filing disability claims. The job was great.
