Old Mutual Lifer's act like they own everything - very 2 faced and dishonest Management felt they could bully the employees If management likes you - even if you don't know what you are doing - you will go far FAVOURTISM is rampant and toxic Bonus and raises are low (they use a bell curve so only a few people can get 4 and 5 ratings) My boss was 10 years younger than me and an awful people manager - rude, condescending, ignorant and felt she was better than everyone else - took credit for our work
