Pros
Good health benefits and retirements products as an employee. Cool people.
Cons
As a customer representative you get all the calls, all the complaints and most of the time the blame when something goes wrong. If you are stuck on the late shift ( 4 to 8 PM) good luck finding help when you need to escalate.
