Pros
Good place to retired, Overall benefits is quite compatetive within the same industry.
Cons
Internal politics was damn stressful. Incompetence leader which prefer the traditional way of doing things even though improvement can be made. Too comfortable with "this is how we usually do for years". No proper SOP but when the ideas coming from someone younger in the department, it's treated as a 'noice' instead of a process improvement. 2 ways communication does not exist just a propaganda here.
