I have almost complete job security, a fair amount of dignity, and excellent benefits (that I pay a lot for)
Cons
as it's corporate, it can be unpredictable when half your team will find other jobs within the company and you'll become overnight understaffed and overworked, and it takes one year to get okay at your job so good luck back hiring in any meaningful way
