Hidden toxic culture, selfish management, poor HR - Anonymous employee Sun Life Employee Review

Crammed office environment. Need to go to office early to compete seats. Harmonious working atmosphere is superficial. Most people leaders are selfish. Do not respect support staff.  Heavy workload, honor working long hours. Until you have fed up, burnout and quit.  They will get a new person on board in a week's time. Don't know what HR is doing except good at telling lies and busy in suck up senior management. Be cautious when you speak up, You are putting your ratings/bonus at risk.
