Tons of mandatory overtime, insufficient pay for the work you will end up doing, incompetent coworkers who make your life harder, the higher ups only care about metrics, lots of micromanagement, promotion freezes preventing you from leaving your department/position, understaffed, very difficult to get time off, lack of proper training causing you to go into new positions practically blind, no regard for your wellbeing. If you can't keep up it affects you bonus and raises, and most people are too burned out to keep up.
