Unrealistic work expectations especially when employees are leaving like a revolving door. The culture does not exist. The employee morale is extremely low. Management instills a culture of fear. Employees are told to contribute to continuous improvement processes but management does not listen to understand, but to respond in defense. No time for employees to develop. Customers are important but the employees are also customers too. Employees are leaving consistently and those who stay suffer the work load. with the unrealistic expectation that daily work loads can be managed.
