Pros
Lower level management is understanding; benefit package is good (although changing); Pay is great - especially once you are there for a while, (caution this could also be changing).
Cons
Training is not hands on- they teach you resources then expect you to answer the phone and work under pressure. Micro-managed at 15 min intervals. Focus is now on money instead of quality customer service.
