Pros
Didn’t need experience and training is pretty extensive and detailed. PTO is pretty good but takes a while to accrue.
Cons
New CEO has changed a lot of things since taking over. Removing certain benefits and increasing the amount of micromanaging and office requirements. Promoting doing extra tasks beyond role to do for no extra pay. Slowly downsizing to replace role with AI and outsourced work. Pay is decent but not livable. You can tell they’re trying to cut costs any way possible.
