Pros
Hopefully the company will turn their customer service philosophy around. They used to be the best in the business but no more.
Cons
They do not care about their employees. They will hire you for one position and then move you without warning to another job. They care more about process than they do about customer service. The thought is good process translates into good customer service but that is not true. Everyday we deal with very unhappy customers.
