Continuous layoffs & budget cuts Male dominated Less than ideal benefits for maternity/child care 6 years of experience and stuck at the lowest salary for my comp grade despite exceeding expectations. Entry level hires come in making only $2k less. D&I as a company is great - the problem is management can sensor their team. Very one track mind Fatigue change - constant reorganization
