Pros

Uma empresa que te permite experimentar muitas atividades, por não ter estrutura gigante e engessada. O escritório fica super bem localizado e possui estrutura moderna. O RH se empenha em fazer eventos que auxiliem a gestão de pessoas de cada líder.

Cons

Praticamente não existem bons líderes, fica a impressão de que muita gente chegou à liderança porque era a ordem natural das coisas, mas sem ser preparado de modo adequado para isso. A liderança briga entre si, o que cria na empresa pequenos feudos inimigos que travam o negócio. Não existe plano de carreira, é muita gente que possui o mesmo cargo recebe salários bastante diferentes.
