    Pros

Good learning as retail supervisor lot of things to do if your store is small also if you do good in numbers you get chance to coach teams in your district.

    Cons

Very poor IT infrastructure in store. Cant have access to email in cell phone which is very crucial in tec business as deals change often and you get short time to coach as you dont have enough hours. Also management is still old school some gms are not a good listners this will kill your growth even if you show your number and do extra stuff in store. Better to learn everthing and move on. I belive people do not quit company they quit their boss.

I worked at Staples part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great team, easy enough job when left to complete work.

    Cons

Often had to deal with irritated customers, treated poorly fairly consistently when explaining store policy.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to provide support to employees when customers are irate over small things, such as a minimum wait time. Don't expect employees to "just get used to" being harassed on a near daily basis.
