-Always something new to learn -Can build a group of loyal regulars who tip well if you get good at the job -Staples Rewards program is very generous if you take the time to learn it

-Chronically understaffed -High burnout rate and turnover rate -Abusive customers - physically, verbally, and financially -Management is very inconsistent in upholding policies -Managers complain to me about problems but never take any of my solutions -Hardware and software are constantly breaking and IT in India isn't very helpful -Never allocated enough labor hours for Amazon and Party City
