      Pros

      Working with one of the big brands in Canada. Great Benefits in terms of employee discounts.

      Cons

      Specifically at North York location - Worst Store. Managers are biased and not professional. Toxic environment for people working part-time as students. Once you find Full-time, they make sure you quit.

      - Comradery with coworkers - Supportive management - Health/dental benefits - Amazing discount - Fun job

      Cons

      - If you aren't a manager or one of the few lead positions, you will be part time. - Little-to-no say in what merchandise we get (eg. We may get sent a bunch of baseball gloves when we are overstocked) I don't understand their metrics. - seems very hard to fire people even when they deserve to be
