About 50% off for shoes and clothes (sometimes more). 30% off for equipment
Discount is the only good part cost+10% up to 1500 dollars
Basic things like health and dental are covered, up 250 dollars for random things like massage, but at the base package only 750 in dental per year. It’s enough if your healthy, but if you aren’t, the package increases in price lots for a better package, which at a basic retail level with basic retail level pay means it can be unaffordable.
Part-time, no benefits or ability for growth or to move up within company
I worked at Sport chek as part time associate and they had flexible hours and great employee discount.
great discount in store, as well as on the 'experticity' website
Most min benefit package. Prescription glasses were not even included in the package.
the discount is literally the only thing good about sportschek, rest is horrible ,horrible hours, horrible managment
The discount is awesome, cost +10%. It ends up usually being around 50% off the item at regular price. Part-time people get a spending cap of 2000
Company perks include being able to buy products at discounted price (cost price + 10%) with a $2k yearly limit for part-timers ($4k for full-timers), and having access to Experticity which allows you to learn about different brands and earn some rewards. Taking time off is also pretty flexible for part-timers.
