Pros
- The discount can be ridiculously good - Opportunity to meet people w/ similar interests (sport related of course) - Hires students - Promising programs and opportunities for employees - Learning opportunities (mainly in FW and HG)
Cons
- Only interested in selling credit cards, selling loyalty and selling less and less sports merchandise every year - The markup - Hires students - The rare amazing manager/coworker will not be acknowledged or appreciated enough - The healthy lifestyle/community building/supporting youth approach is gone - Unreliable hours due to store level operations being heavily impacted by sales/upper management -DOM -Whatever corporate person in charge of purchasing is obviously an alien or on drugs
