Great work life balance, I never miss kids' functions. Large company - so lot's of developers to learn from. Pay isn't as competitive as I've seen other places, But that may just a trade off for slower pace,
Cons
Teams are multinational - it's easy to get stuck your silo and lose sight of the bigger picture.
