Pros
Siemens is known brand. Benefits such as insurance are at or above industry standards. The wind turbine factory in Hutchinson, KS is in a smaller city, or about an hour drive from Wichita which has more of a night life.
Cons
Too many poor managers with no leadership skills. Pay is below average for experienced professionals, but average for early career personnel. Very frustrating place, to much control of product and processes is in the hands of Denmark. When improvements need to happen, approval must be given by DK management that have little interest in the US product which they feel is outdated even though it outsells DK products.
