Team members are awesome Since we are not working with live product, our sprints aren't pressured. Has free shuttle service. Gives 120 TRY lunch food money. Though you can only drink coffee with that money from Starbucks.
Cons
Low salary compared to other top 20 companies in Turkey. Weird choice of health care system, which is one of the worst. HR is not working for you after you entered the system. Not able to work remotely according to director, he doesn't want us to work remotely. So have to work hybrid. Giving raises by three months but they are giving little amounts just to make advertisement to others we give this much raise compared to last January. But you did not earn that much because of their weak policy even though the earnings of company is foreign currency. If shuttle service is not avaible to your location it's your fault. There is nothing company can do.
