The people around me ask how I can afford a certain lifestyle AND get to work from home. Easy, I work at Siemens! I’m a wife and mom first. I can take care of my family and keep my profession. My manager constantly keeps me challenged. Advice, to grow here you have to have a learning mindset. We are continuously learning to try to keep up with our software. WE ARE SIEMENS.

No company is perfect, she’s not the exception. We could have unlimited PTO, best healthcare available, great salary, Work From Home policy, schedule flexibility. Wait, we already have all of these things! I love you Siemens!
