job security, international environment, big company. If your goal is to devote your life to a company, this might be a good place for you, and you will be recognized.
Cons
low salaries, pressure to overperform, frequent deadlines without (mentioning) reasons. The company cares enough to organize events about health, well-being, equality, etc. but eventually you can't attend because of all the tasks you have to do. Seems like the image is more important than the employees. If you want to have a life outside work, don't bother here, you will have a bad time.
