Pros
Pay is good-ish, and everything is organized. You get to connect with lots of colleagues around the world and depending on your job, they allow you to work remotely most of the time. There are career opportunities around the world, and changing team/department/role is welcome.
Cons
Since I'm on a technological role, I tend to see a lot of resistance in adopting new technologies, at least on my department. Also, it's hard to progress if you don't make a huge impact. Lots of meetings spent talking and not working.
