The healthcare industry is challenging, and there's no shortage of work that needs to be done. Interaction with customers is both educational and rewarding. The local history of the company is very interesting. If you like a multi-cultural work experience, there are people working here from all over the world. The size of the parent company gives the opportunity to move around and try other jobs. While benefits are shrinking, they are still better than many other companies.
Cons
Management is short-term focused. They decide to do one thing, then oops, that was wrong. Stop everything. Let's do this instead. Some management is very sleazy and back-handed. People are afraid, and will never speak up.
