Health Benefits - 90/10 PPO option Large Company - Lots of jobs if you want to move laterally. A good first job for a new grad.
Cons
Currently no training due to bad economy. No retirement - High turnover with new employees No diversity in management, white, male, and German dominate. Not a culture of teamwork.
