There is lots of opportunity in the chaos to advance your career. Siemens is supportive of employees developing themselves and their skills. As a global company, there are many opportunities to travel or work abroad.
Cons
There is poor communication between groups of companies. There are disjointed goals between Siemens groups that are using other Siemens groups as suppliers. There is a noticeable reluctance to make hard business decisions. The overall Siemens organization is overreacting to training for business compliance. Workshops and meetings are used far too frequently.
