Pros
The paychecks cleared. Some great people. Some not so great and deceiving people.
Cons
If you are an innovator, look elsewhere. Earned a patent while there. Management promised some small revenue share (actually even negotiated basic terms). Never saw it. Project turned into a revenue generator and is still defined as a line of business. Was not in my job description to work on an R&D project, but I did, even during off hours. Figured the promises would be kept. They weren't. Honestly, even if you have a great idea here... keep it to yourself. They will not only not reward you, but will in fact use it as an opportunity to dump more work on you for their benefit. Stay in your lane. Don't innovate. Just simply not worth it. Had they followed through, I'd have a much different response.
