Great work life balance. Flexible work hours. Benefits are good. The paid-time off is better than its competitors. Colleagues are supportive.
Cons
Technology is old. This site has a history of several decades. Depending on the group you may have to deal with codes written in obsolete languages. Training needs some improvement. As a new employee it is easy to get lost inside the system.
