Pros
Great workplace with nice and talented people. The projects tend to be challenging and different from each other, besides that the employees have the opportunity to work on different areas, from automation and control to basic engineering to software development. Besides that, there is a lot of space to people innovate and try new ways of working, it is encouraged by the company directors.
Cons
The entry level salary of a junior engineer is not much different from the average salary of a senior engineering which is not much different from the average salary of a team leader, but the responsibilities are very different. Other downside is that the number of employees grown up too much in the last years (about three times in the last two years), so there are few old employees with the great spirit of the company to lead the new employees.
