      Stable industry Company has a good reputation The pay is very good Starting vacation is very good compared with other companies Young energetic workforce combined with seasoned and experience employees

      Cons

      At times extremely busy Can be a high stress work environment 50+ hour work weeks are not uncommon (but salaried employees are paid straight time)
