Pros

Good benefits, Decent salary if you negotiate it coming in, but forget about getting a decent annual raise. the top performers get less than the inflation rate. You are treated as an adult when it comes to your schedule, very flexible.

Cons

-Cult of personality culture. -Performance metrics are based on completely arbitrary factors, to the point where people worry more about the metrics, and less about whether or not they are actually doing a good job. -Sales force rules the roost. Internal politics always manages to derail needed changes. -Management completely out of touch with what occurs in the field. -Work lots of weekends and nights with no compensation. -From a project management standpoint it is known as a "weak matrix" organization, all power resides with funtional managers. -New York City is only fully "Unionized " area for the company, union employees operate with complete impunity. -No consideration for geography in salary bands, except San Francisco, they get a cost of living bump NYC does not.

Pros

Competitive pay, flex vacation/ PTO

Cons

Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
