      Global company with over 300'000 employees. Lots of opportunities for travel, career advancement. Good people with strong work ethic who are keen to succeed

      Sometimes big companies struggle to change. They also make decisions which may be right for global Siemens but might not be right for local teams

      Pros

      Good job security, nice company vehicle, company work phone. As a site Installation Tech, I do not feel micromanaged.

      Cons

      Raises are not good, only way to get a large pay jump is maybe from a promotion. Mostly, people have had to switch branches to get larger pay increases. Company barely does any for of fun team building events due to pinching pennies. Products have poor documentation for tech work which can get very frustrating.
