the name is recognized by everyone, it's a global company offering opportunities for relocation and global job seekers who might have an interest in seeing the world. Here in Buffalo Grove our buildings are in a pretty nice part of town, even though traffic around here's bad and it's hard for those without cars to get here.
Cons
the krauts. the integrity of many people. the politics, the ad-naseum paperwork. We're always competing against companies that market and execute better than we do. Johnson Controls and Honeywell are formidable competitors and our competitive strategies are basically smoke and mirrors. Siemens struggles retaining good talent - they move on after they realize the negative energy that hangs in the air.
