High turnover, Low salary vs hours expectation. Complete lack of senior management involvement resulting in poor local management. Company performance bonus structure with no reward for individual performance. role band salary cap, have to change role even if you excel and happy with the role

Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
