Lack of vision and disastrous leadership - Project Manager Shopify Employee Review

Leadership is poor from Director to CEO, and C8s have no ability to do their jobs because leadership doesn't care about them or their opinions. (which is why they started removing them and demoting them to C7s) Zero vision. They throw darts at a board to see what sticks, and play with people's lives when they just decide to take a new route. Kaz literally said "You guys were an experiment." after demolishing half of the department. They want a 100 year company, but treat their employees like disposable garbage. They are completely untrustworthy.
