      Good salaries for Canadian standards, very good benefits, beautiful offices, sometimes interesting work

      Cons

      Terrible leadership of entitled and out-of-touch tech bros, a cult-like internal culture, unhealthy pace of work and expectations, gaslighting and cut-throat style of management

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
