      - Intelligent co-workers - Solid Lunch (Ottawa) - Excellent office (if you like pods) - Good equipment

      Cons

      - People who made the company what it is seem to all be leaving - Heavy Kool-aid culture (everything is awesome) - What used to be a highly merit based promotion system seems to be moving to hired leadership - Terrible work life balance - RRSP/Dental/Medical Benefits are a little bit wanting

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
