If you want to work at a call centre but with slightly better benefits and slightly less metrics than a "traditional" call centre, this may be for you.

Cons

Dead horses whipped daily to try and do more work.

Pros

Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

Cons

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

Pros

High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

Cons

Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
