      By far one of the most diverse and inclusive places I have ever worked for, tons of growth opportunities, and incentives to learn and work on your own projects to take your career to the next level.

      Cons

      Adjusting to the idea of working remotely, but it's fantastic once you get used to it. You're always in touch with your team members and able to get ahold of them when needed.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
