      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Love the culture, the people and their ideals. Love how everything we do is based on our values as a company. Love that they listen to their employees and they are not afraid to change something that is not working. You feel very welcomed and challenged in a great way.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
