Pros
Very through onboarding (but there is so much complications that it is necessary), great pay and benefits, great people, stable employment.
Cons
Hard to be promoted and it takes longer time than elsewhere, cronyism, a lot of non job related additional actions need to be taken for a better grade but then you still can get a basic grade, because visibility is more important than an actual job you are doing, very complicated structure that takes time to learn and then it changes every year or less.
